Webis-Topic-Ontologies

Synopsis

The Webis Topic Ontology Corpus (2023) consists of approximately 8 million argument units and three argument topic ontologies. The corpus consists of 59 argument corpora, 39 of which are aligned to three topic ontologies (Wikipedia, World Economic Forum, and Debatepedia). The topic onotlogies categorizes thousands of web documents, news, and articles. This dataset is likely to be the largest argument corpus, which fosters research in topic-generalizability.
